- No refund after a successful decode has been delivered, since the digital product has already been provided
Unlimited subscription — $19/month
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month — no questions asked, full refund on request
- Cancel anytime after the first 14 days — no future charges, you keep access through the end of the current billing period
- Prorated refund for accidental renewals reported within 7 days of the charge
- No refund for past billing periods you used the service in
How to request a refund

- Your order ID (in the purchase confirmation email)
- Brief reason (helps us improve)
Timeline
- We respond within 2 business days (often same day)
- Approved refunds are processed in 5-10 business days
- Refunds return to your original payment method automatically
Disputes
We'd much rather solve issues directly than have you go through your bank. If you're unhappy, email us first — we'll find a resolution. Filing a chargeback without contacting us leads to account suspension.
Edge cases
- Service outage: if Decoda is down on the day of your purchase and you can't use it, we refund or credit your account
- Misleading expectations: if you genuinely thought Decoda did something it doesn't, write us — we'll usually refund
- Repeat refunds: we may decline refunds for accounts with a pattern of buy-and-refund behavior
